1. Incoming Material — Grade, thickness, surface quality
2. First Article — Complete dimensional check on first piece
3. In-Process — Random checks at each stage
4. Final Inspection — 100% visual + AQL spot-checks
5. Pre-Shipment — Final verification before loading

Testing Equipment

• CMM measurement
• Coating thickness gauge
• Salt spray corrosion chamber
• Weld integrity inspection
• Load and strength testing

If anything does not meet spec, we fix it or replace it.
